Highliner landed bluefin, yellowfin tuna and dorado
Highliner landed 92 bluefin tuna, 50 yellowfin tuna and 14 dorado on a 2½-day trip. Polaris Supreme caught 126 bluefin tuna and 44 yellowtail on a three-day run. Constitution added 65 bluefin tuna and 21 dorado on a two-day trip. Six trips produced 379 yellowfin tuna and 456 bluefin tuna, while 18 trips yielded 425 yellowtail. Twenty-one boats completed 24 trips with 499 anglers and landed 2,194 fish.
Amigo posted yellowtail, yellowfin tuna and dorado
On a 1½-day trip, Amigo landed 37 yellowtail, 22 yellowfin tuna and 4 dorado. Pursuit caught 15 yellowtail on a full-day run. Five trips produced 66 yellowtail, six trips yielded 275 bonito, and five trips landed 166 calico bass. Seven boats completed seven trips with 198 anglers and caught 835 fish.
Island Fox added dorado during three-quarter-day outing
A three-quarter-day outing aboard Island Fox landed 2 dorado. Three trips produced 126 calico bass, four trips yielded 421 rockfish, and four trips landed 381 whitefish. Five boats completed five trips with 104 anglers and caught 955 fish.
Western Pride returned with yellowtail on morning run
Western Pride caught 35 yellowtail on a half-day morning trip. Blackfish landed 5 yellowtail, 4 yellowfin tuna and 1 dorado on a full-day run. Seven trips produced 69 yellowtail, eight trips yielded 107 bonito, and eight trips landed 104 calico bass. Nine boats finished nine trips with 256 anglers and caught 510 fish.
